- Ensure compliance with operational instructions for outsourced entries
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and service levels
- Review monthly reconciliations for accuracy
- Support variance analysis for monthly reporting
- Identify and mitigate risks in business processes
- Escalate issues as needed
- Act as a key contact for internal and external audits
- Provide supporting documentation for SOX reviews
- Respond to audit queries
- Align US GAAP and local statutory accounting with the Statutory team
