Anforderungen
- 5+ years data engineering, analytics engineering, data platform ownership, or technical leadership
- Experience leading or mentoring small engineering/analytics teams
- Strong SQL skills and ELT pipeline/data model design/maintenance
- Experience with modern data platforms and warehouses (Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with source integrations, orchestration, data quality
- Experience building dashboards, analytics outputs, data solutions for stakeholders
- Strong product and platform mindset, impact prioritization
- Strong communication skills, clear technical explanations
- English fluency
Aufgaben
- Lead the evolution of the internal data and analytics platform
- Define and build the foundation for future data usage
- Own data quality standards, metric definitions, and data contracts
- Guide and coordinate the data engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and test data integration
- Design and contribute to ELT pipelines and data models
- Drive the Databricks migration technically and productively
- Own the platform roadmap and OKRs with senior leadership
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements
- Translate business needs into platform improvements and analytics
- Establish a clear intake and prioritization process
- Drive platform adoption through documentation and demos
- Enable platform usage through training and support
