Aufgaben
- Architect and build agentic systems for the Investigation Agent
- Design workflows in LangGraph
- Integrate and design tools for multi-step reasoning
- Manage agent memory and orchestration patterns
- Engineer context for the agent
- Ensure context is structured and timely
- Develop feedback loops and evaluation harnesses
- Implement tracing infrastructure for agent development
- Make architectural decisions on agent state and workflows
- Handle failure recovery and safe deployment of agent changes
- Optimize latency and cost at scale
- Perform end-to-end backend engineering
- Work with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product/UX, Data Science, and Engineering
- Advocate for feasible features with current models and frameworks
- Champion AI-native engineering workflows
- Use agentic coding tools daily
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Establish testing and evaluation practices for agents
- Develop deployment and monitoring strategies
- Determine trustworthiness criteria for agents
