- Technical accounting expertise in HGB and IFRS
- Experience in statutory and group reporting
- Understanding of period-end closing processes
- Extensive experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA
- OneStream experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
Aufgaben
- Prepare HGB financial statements for German subholdings
- Compile IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation
- Collaborate closely with the Group Accounting team
- Execute month-end close activities and account reconciliations
- Manage accruals and provisions
- Perform detailed GL account analysis and reviews
- Coordinate external audits and support internal stakeholders
- Serve as an SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert
- Drive accounting process improvements and automation
- Handle fair value and amortized cost accounting
- Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting and intercompany recharges
- Analyze M&A contracts and related agreements
- Support group-internal mergers and system migrations
