Anforderungen

• •Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• •Education related to accounting or financial management or a related field
• •Fluency in German and solid skills in English
• •Experience working with US GAAP
• •Strong basic skills of working with MS Excel
• •Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and meet tight deadlines
• •Problem-solving skills and customer care attitude
• •Experience with accounting packages, SAP experience an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Provide data entry and general support for finance operations
• •Post, verify, and balance debits and credits in SAP
• •Verify accuracy of accounting journals and documents
• •Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies in transactions
• •Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and prepayments
• •Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• •Handle CapEx accounting for fixed assets and leases
