Aufgaben
- Support Corporate, German, and Swiss GAAP accounting
- Lead daily accounting activities and month-end close
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal vouchers
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting
- Handle journal entries, balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow reporting
- Prepare annual accounts and audit processes
- Manage quarterly and yearly VAT preparations
- Prepare year-end closing
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Control accounts receivables and payables
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records
- Coordinate statutory tax and reporting requirements with local service providers
- Research tax and regulatory issues
- Provide government relations support
- Assist with government filings and corporate matters
- Develop cash flow management strategies
- Support the budget process
- Identify and propose accounting solutions for new transactions
- Ensure day-to-day accounting aligns with corporate policies and GAAP
- Support audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
- Assist with ERP rollout for FI modules
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
