- Many years of professional experience in financial accounting (e.g., balance sheet accountant, tax clerk, or tax specialist), ideally in SaaS environment
- Sound knowledge of financial accounting according to HGB, optionally IFRS
- Very good DATEV and Excel knowledge
- Experience with Spend-Management systems
- Good analytical thinking
- Quick comprehension
- Hands-on mentality
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Build an automated, future-oriented finance department
- Manage invoice control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Handle fixed assets, general ledger, and bank accounting
- Implement new requirements
- Ensure accurate cost and performance accounting
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Assist with external audits
- Analyze and optimize financial processes
- Support intercompany reconciliations
- Assist with transfer pricing
- Perform monthly consolidation of all companies
- Represent the finance team to external partners
- Collaborate closely with internal departments
