Aufgaben
- Design and build DACH post-sales/account management function
- Develop customer tiering models
- Create onboarding frameworks
- Develop expansion playbooks
- Advocate for Airwallex to customers
- Ensure customers utilize their investment in Airwallex
- Own and develop a portfolio of accounts
- Create strategic account plans
- Expand Airwallex adoption
- Conduct regular QBRs
- Advocate for customer needs within Airwallex
- Guide customers in maximizing Airwallex product value
- Provide market insights and growth strategies
- Understand and craft technical solutions
- Lead complex negotiations
- Handle bespoke commercial agreements
- Manage multi-product sales
- Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Maintain strong interest in technology
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the technology space
