- •Degree qualification
- •More than ten years of relevant experience in account management and new business development
- •Industry and market knowledge in Fuel & Lubes, Coatings & Adhesives, Construction, Automotive, Paper, and Water Treatment segments
- •Active network among key fuel and lubricant additive producers
- •Strong understanding of the value chain and OEM specifications
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Strong communication skills
- •Proven account, business development, and contract negotiation skills
- •High motivation and adaptability
- •Excellent presentation skills
- •Ability to interact across teams and organizational levels
- •Willingness to travel within the region
