- •Conduct White Space analysis for up-selling
- •Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities
- •Orchestrate cross-functional teams for sales outcomes
- •Position SAP solutions effectively against competitors
- •Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems
- •Lead remote and virtual account teams
- •Align team activities with customer objectives
- •Maximize value from the sales support ecosystem
- •Drive customer adoption of cloud solutions
- •Utilize Customer Success Management tools and practices
- •Ensure renewals and maximize the customer footprint
