- Familiarity with metrology tools for process control (Semilab WT-2000)
- Additional training in vacuum systems or related technologies
- Completed technical vocational training (Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar)
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong team player with problem-solving mentality
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production tools
- Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of implant equipment
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance
- Apply workplace safety and efficiency practices
- Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams
- Participate in tool upgrades and modernization projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
- Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution
- Train and mentor colleagues in implant and safety practices
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
