Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales and segment management within the Renewables or related industry
- Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Industry
- Presentation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills on C-Level
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for high volume investment assets in the electrical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel (50%)
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics

- Develop a sales channel strategy for market penetration
- Monitor marketing and sales support strategies
- Manage sales of products and services in the Renewables segment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in the Renewables Segment
