- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- •5+ years of proven experience in sales and segment management within the Renewables or related industry
- •Strong understanding of the Electrical Transmission and Distribution Industry
- •Presentation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills on C-Level
- •Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies for high volume investment assets in the electrical industry
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Willingness to travel (50%)
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
