- Professional-level cloud security certifications or technical credentials
Aufgaben
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team
- Report to the CISO on technical security roadmap
- Translate business and scientific objectives into actionable engineering solutions
- Mentor and scale a team of security engineers
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Co-design and implement long-term technical security strategy
- Lead industry-pioneering technical projects
- Oversee cloud infrastructure and platform security using AI
- Develop and maintain a KPI-driven roadmap
- Provide regular updates to executive management
- Partner with medical teams and ML researchers to maximize velocity
- Ensure secure compute environments
- Act as a technical liaison within the Alphabet/Google ecosystem
- Collaborate with strategic security vendors
- Serve as senior technical escalation point for security incidents
- Manage systemic architectural vulnerabilities and high-stakes risk remediations
