- Strong system administration skills across Linux and Windows platforms
- Demonstrated experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms with emphasis on secure identity and access patterns
- Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Solid grasp of core cybersecurity principles
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science or Information Security
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- HashiCorp Certified Vault Associate is desirable
- Delinea Certified Technician (DCT) is desirable

- Design and implement PAM and Vault solutions
- Manage operational aspects of PAM and Vault infrastructures
- Collaborate with global engineering and security teams
- Ensure high availability and compliance of systems
- Analyze business and security requirements for feasibility
- Assess risk implications and impact on existing systems
- Contribute to secure and scalable architecture development
- Align operational concepts with enterprise IT strategies
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level engineering support
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
- Drive continuous service improvement for system reliability
- Enhance security posture and performance
- Focus on automation to increase operational efficiency
