- Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures and modern access-control methodologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS and/or Azure), including policy design and security service configuration
- Familiarity with IV&V processes, system-level security design, and operational security workflows
- Experience supporting SOC operations, incident response, or security monitoring
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and external partners
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience in space systems, satellite communications, or aerospace environments
- Knowledge of supply chain security, secure software development, or hardware assurance
- Experience with security audits, compliance frameworks, or certification processes
- Background in network security, cloud architecture, or systems engineering
- Familiarity with operational processes, workflow definition, or change-management boards
Aufgaben
- Ensure system design, security baseline, and operations comply with regulations
- Integrate security requirements into space system design and development
- Support system security design and IV&V
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for security compliance
- Define operational security monitoring elements
- Define SOC tooling needs
- Define incident response plans
- Validate security-related Work Orders
- Contribute to the Ops Change Board
- Provide Level 3 engineering support
- Participate in incident analysis
- Participate in continuous improvement loops
- Design and enforce Zero Trust principles
- Implement granular access controls
- Implement micro-segmentation
- Contribute to cloud security strategies in AWS and Azure
- Design cloud security policies
- Test cloud security policies
- Fine-tune cloud-native security services
- Support security risk assessments for vulnerabilities
- Support security risk assessments for threats
- Support security risk assessments for supply chain risks
- Assist in maintaining Security Policies and Procedures
- Prepare documentation for internal audits
- Prepare documentation for external audits
- Coordinate with external suppliers for security compliance
- Ensure supplier compliance with security standards for software
