- Practical knowledge of Avaloq banking platform
- Ability to communicate clearly to internal and external counterparties
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Swift, reliable and exact working style
- Very good command of English and German, French is beneficial
Aufgaben
- Process and book Stock-Exchange transactions for Swiss and UK businesses
- Handle investment fund transactions, including alternative investment funds
- Match trade confirmations via SWIFT, Omgeo/CTM, or paper-based methods
- Chase counterparties for late and failed settlements
- Settle trade transactions across various custodians using the Avaloq system
- Manage securities transfers free of payment
- Oversee custody functionalities related to securities transaction and position management
