- Technical qualification (minimum: Technician)
- Several years of professional experience in Supplier Quality and Supplier Development
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Materials/Supply Management
- Methodological expertise: structured problem solving (8D), FMEA, SPC, audit management
- Experience in complaint and escalation management
- SAP knowledge and strong user skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools
- Willingness to travel, 40%
- Completed degree (Business Administration or Engineering) preferred
- International experience in Supplier Quality & Development preferred
- Automotive experience preferred
- German language skills preferred
Aufgaben
- Achieve significant objectives in Supplier Quality & Development
- Manage Supplier Quality & Development processes and projects
- Influence supplier qualification and certification processes
- Conduct supplier assessments and monitoring
- Handle escape management and quality issue resolution
- Analyze and recommend on quality data
- Develop part and supplier-specific quality issue resolutions
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving (Red-X & 8D)
- Develop corrective and preventive actions for process and product design
- Conduct supplier qualification and certification processes
- Perform source inspection and material release processes
- Facilitate Correction Action Boards and DQ Clinics with suppliers
- Support the Carrier Supplier Gold program
- Ensure continuous improvement and sustainability
- Review and recommend on supplier processes and metrics
- Ensure supplier capability for work transfer and process change management
- Manage Resourcing Gate and Production Part Approval Process (UPPAP) acceptance
