As a Scrum Master, you will guide the Scrum Team through various ceremonies, coach team members on Agile principles, and help remove obstacles to ensure smooth sprint execution. This role focuses on continuous improvement and collaboration with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters.

Anforderungen

  • •4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • •Strong technical background
  • •Experience working in large organizations
  • •Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts
  • •Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
  • •Experience in Kanban, XP, DevOps
  • •Proactive, independent, and solution-focused working style
  • •Open-minded personality and teamwork skills
  • •Passion for agility
  • •Experience with Scaled Agile approaches (LeSS or SAFe) beneficial
  • •Motivation to design next steps towards DevOps
  • •Proficient in Business English
  • •French language skills are a major plus

Aufgaben

  • •Assist the Scrum Team in defining, refining, and managing the Sprint Backlog
  • •Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Retrospectives
  • •Coach the team on Agile Values and Principles in a motivating manner
  • •Help teams identify and remove impediments
  • •Ensure the backlog is kept up-to-date
  • •Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized Product Backlog
  • •Define sprint goals and ensure team commitment, addressing root causes for missed goals
  • •Drive continuous improvement for team members, processes, and products
  • •Define and track DORA metrics
  • •Support the team in planned experiments and the application of empiricism
  • •Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness
