Anforderungen

  • •4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • •Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • •Strong technical background
  • •Experience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • •Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts
  • •Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
  • •Experience in Kanban, XP, DevOps
  • •Proactive, independent, and solution-focused working style
  • •Open-minded personality and teamwork skills
  • •Passion for Agility
  • •Experience with Scaled Agile approaches (LeSS or SAFe) beneficial
  • •Motivation to design next steps towards DevOps
  • •Proficient Business English
  • •French language skills are a major plus

Aufgaben

  • •Assist the Scrum Team in defining, refining, and managing the Sprint Backlog
  • •Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Retrospectives
  • •Coach the team on Agile Values and Principles in a motivating manner
  • •Help teams identify and remove impediments
  • •Ensure the backlog is kept up-to-date
  • •Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized Product Backlog
  • •Define sprint goals and ensure team commitment; analyze root causes for missed goals
  • •Drive continuous improvement for team members, processes, and products
  • •Define and track DORA metrics
  • •Support the team in planned experiments and the application of empiricism
  • •Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness across the organization
