- Coach Scrum teams in Agile and SAFe practices
- Facilitate Sprint/PI Planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Enable team self-organization and maintain backlog health
- Promote continuous improvement using Jira and Lean-Agile methods
- Remove impediments and monitor team performance metrics
- Support PI planning and ART alignment
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance agile maturity
- Assist Front Arena teams in achieving optimal performance
- Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Traders, Risk, Mid-/Backoffice, and Quants
- Support change management and release planning
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards
- Uphold integrity and fair dealing in line with company values
- Contribute to long-term software strategy and engineering culture
