Aufgaben
- Manage scope and interface for offshore wind farm projects
- Define and identify project scope and interfaces
- Plan actions and monitor project progress
- Report on project status and manage changes
- Ensure alignment of scope management with stakeholders
- Integrate scope and interface management into project work breakdown structure
- Adhere to company standards and procedures for project management
- Identify interfaces and their owners within the project
- Evaluate interfaces considering safety, technical factors, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop interface management strategies and action plans
- Mentor junior colleagues in scope and interface management
- Oversee activities across various projects
- Support the Global Head of PMO in team management
- Lead development of procedures, processes, and tools for the function
- Select and maintain software systems for project management
- Own the lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
