- Scripting or data fluency

- Develop and validate HPLC methods
- Run HPLC methods hands-on
- Develop and validate LC-MS methods
- Perform peptide mapping and PTM analysis
- Analyze glycan modifications
- Ensure purity and identity of molecules
- Build analytical characterization menu
- Productize characterization methods
- Partner with lab automation
- Integrate methods into automated systems
- Work with software team on data structuring
- Build analysis and QC pipelines
- Convert spectra and chromatograms into results
- Set quality standards
- Troubleshoot instruments and methods
- Define acceptance criteria
- Maintain data integrity
- Advise customers on data interpretation
- Support internal teams with data insights
