Aufgaben
- Shape scientific strategy for AI-enabled target identification and credentialing
- Evaluate internal and external capabilities in AI and computational science
- Apply deep scientific judgment to advance therapeutic target discovery
- Provide expert leadership on digital, computational, and AI approaches
- Advise senior leaders on emerging scientific and technological advances
- Support strategic opportunities and differentiated approaches in AI-enabled target validation
- Define scientific strategies and practical tactics for company ambitions
- Assess emerging methods, platforms, and partnerships for scientific quality
- Evaluate strategic relevance and potential impact of external innovations
- Contribute to human genetics, multimodal data integration, and causal biology
- Support disease mechanisms, target prioritization, and target validation
- Generate evidence to support target confidence
- Serve as an internal expert consultant in R&D
- Mentor and provide thought partnership across R&D
- Establish a national and international reputation as a thought leader
- Publish high-impact scientific papers and patents
- Engage in productive scientific collaborations
- Participate in invited speaking engagements and conferences
- Contribute to the scientific community through visible activities
- Maintain strong connections with leading academic and industry groups
