Aufgaben
- Develop and optimize footwear models
- Support and manage samples, collections, and production processes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and production records
- Select, test, and evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing methods
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with design, product development, production teams, and suppliers
- Monitor and optimize product fit, comfort, and functionality
- Coordinate sample development, wear testing, and production launches
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards
- Continuously improve processes and product quality
- Apply and implement European footwear sizing and fit standards
- Ensure consistent fit and market-appropriate sizing across product ranges
