Aufgaben
- Act as primary link between Business Transformation Team and SAP CCoE.
- Build strong relationships to align SAP roadmap with executive strategy.
- Plan budget and year objectives for the division.
- Allocate resources from SAP CCoE to division projects.
- Coordinate and support four teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor SLAs and implement service management improvements.
- Apply best practices for service management in support and project delivery.
- Manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
- Collaborate with SAP leaders and business architects for integration.
- Ensure delivery quality with a focus on audits and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cost and license recharge, including SAP annual license audits.
- Evaluate and drive organizational change management processes.
- Utilize SAP project methodologies for full implementation cycles.
- Create and negotiate statements of work and program plans.
