- •Motivation for Business Process Improvement
- •Knowledge in FI, CO, SD, MM, FSCM
- •Excellent Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles
- •University Degree in Finance, Accounting or IT
- •Strong organizational skills and self-motivated
- •Team leader with excellent inter-personal skills
- •Analytically minded and methodical problem-solving
- •Ability to efficiently prioritise work
- •Technology enthusiast promoting new initiatives
- •Strong written and communication skills in English

- •Act as primary link between Business Transformation Team and SAP CCoE.
- •Build strong relationships to align SAP roadmap with executive strategy.
- •Plan budget and year objectives for the division.
- •Allocate resources from SAP CCoE to division projects.
- •Coordinate and support four teams across multiple locations.
- •Monitor SLAs and implement service management improvements.
- •Apply best practices for service management in support and project delivery.
- •Manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
- •Collaborate with SAP leaders and business architects for integration.
- •Ensure delivery quality with a focus on audits and customer satisfaction.
- •Handle cost and license recharge, including SAP annual license audits.
- •Evaluate and drive organizational change management processes.
- •Utilize SAP project methodologies for full implementation cycles.
- •Create and negotiate statements of work and program plans.
