- Business fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Compensation projects from conception to go-live
- Develop practical compensation solutions based on best practices
- Manage and control your project stream with project management
- Apply in-depth HR expertise to complex technical designs
- Implement technical solutions and structured documentation in a team
- Introduce SuccessFactors Variable Pay modules
- Prepare and conduct workshops and training in German and English
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses and effort estimates
- Assist in preparing quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues with complex issues and transfer knowledge
- Mentor young professionals within the team
- Continuously develop your hard and soft skills
