- Good knowledge of SAP Defense & Security solution or SAP Logistics solutions (Supply Chain or Asset Management)
- Understanding of specific business processes in Defense & Security organizations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- High degree of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality
- High self-motivation, independent work, results-oriented
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Knowledge in project/product management
- Strong team player attitude
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and teams
- Agility, proactivity, and ability to learn new solutions quickly
- Willingness to undergo a security check
- Basic programming knowledge is advantageous
- Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification
