- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes for at least one process domain
- Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus on process designs
- Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA and relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
- Exceptional English communication skills; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Manage regional business requirements in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Conduct local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of hub process owners
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards harmonization goals
- Liaise with business experts for data cleansing preparations
- Guide and support junior hub business experts in requirements analysis
- Create process maps and models to illustrate adapted processes
- Design and own test cases for functional end-to-end testing
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects within the region
- Assist in creating training materials and support end-user training
