As an SAP QM Lead, you will drive quality management initiatives in complex ERP transformations, ensuring solutions meet regulatory standards while mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Anforderungen

• •8+ years of hands-on SAP QM experience
• •Proven experience leading QM workstreams in implementation, S/4HANA transformation, or large enhancement projects
• •Deep understanding of core QM capabilities
• •Experience working in regulated environments (pharma / life sciences preferred)
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to create clear documentation and ensure adherence to validation/CSV requirements
• •Experience collaborating with cross-functional SAP teams and technical development groups

Aufgaben

• •Own the SAP QM workstream
• •Gather requirements and design solutions
• •Define configuration strategy and oversee delivery
• •Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• •Align target solutions with project goals and regulatory expectations
• •Translate business needs into functional architecture
• •Consider integration with MM, PP, WM, PM, SD, and EHS
• •Oversee functional documentation and specifications
• •Develop testing strategy and validation deliverables
• •Manage and mentor junior consultants
• •Provide direction on daily tasks and solution quality
• •Coordinate with development teams for enhancements
• •Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely delivery
• •Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and regulatory requirements
• •Support cutover planning and go-live preparation
• •Assist with hypercare for QM-related processes
• •Serve as the main client contact for QM topics
• •Guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
