Aufgaben
- Align IT solutions across business functions and Global IT
- Translate business requirements into technical system specifications
- Manage incidents and provide second-level user support
- Monitor development and implementation of change requests
- Conduct system upgrade tests and user acceptance documentation
- Steer the implementation of S/4HANA and IT tools
- Document business processes and identify improvement areas
- Define and enhance system roles and authorizations
- Resolve tickets according to service level agreements
- Communicate with internal end-users and external stakeholders
- Maintain SAP modules and release tables for accounts receivable
- Identify and implement automation solutions for financial processes
- Liaise with government authorities and business units
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Automate processes such as cash allocation
- Support the department's overarching automation strategy
- Implement monitoring mechanisms for automated process quality
- Assess emerging technologies for innovation in accounts receivable
