- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency)
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans
- Ability to facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks)
- Ability to articulate value based propositions
- Ability to own and review program financials
- Ability to lead proposal presentations to create compelling propositions for clients
- Substantial proven experience (10 years plus) in client facing consulting/contracting roles
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs
- Experience with multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
- Experience in global delivery
- Experience working with offshore resources
- Experience in mentoring consulting resources
- Experience in coaching consulting resources

- Ensure successful program delivery within budget and on time
- Deliver programs to quality standards
- Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams
- Manage multi-vendor teams
