- End-to-end process thinking
- Comfortable working with implementation partners
- Focus on business value of solutions
- Curiosity about AI and modern technology
- Interest in building with BTP, Clean Core, and AI
- Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry background
- Experience building business cases or ROI arguments
- Hands-on experience with BTP, Clean Core, or AI tools
Aufgaben
- Design solutions, not just configurations
- Lead discovery and design workshops with client process owners
- Translate bulk logistics requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Challenge client requests and clarify actual needs
- Manage full secondary distribution scope
- Handle complex logistics tasks like left on board and ADR
- Explain the value of better settlement processes
- Quantify operational improvements for clients
- Build internal cases for solution investments
- Identify and articulate business opportunities beyond project scope
- Review and improve partner-led solution designs
- Advise partners on process and design decisions
- Support partners in handling tricky scenarios
- Contribute to Implico's AI tooling and accelerator library
- Develop reusable workshop formats and process templates
- Pilot AI-supported delivery approaches in live projects
