- Familiarity with BTP commercial models, AI unit licensing
- Hands-on platform work for architecture validation
- Understanding of cloud architecture and platform extensibility
- Communication of SaaS vs. PaaS models
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
- 5+ years in consulting, presales, customer success, solution architecture, or account management
- 3+ years in post-sales role (adoption, value realization)
- Proven cloud platform adoption and architectural value explanation experience
- Experience in global or shared-services environments (preferred)
- Business fluent English and German

- Advise enterprise customers on AI activation roadmaps
- Advise enterprise customers on AI adoption strategies
- Translate SAP's Business AI vision into practical transformation plans
- Align transformation plans with customer architectures
- Collaborate with account teams to align onboarding
- Align onboarding with commercial goals
- Align onboarding with platform consumption
- Engage executive stakeholders
- Communicate the value of AI-enabled innovation
- Provide guidance on SAP BTP AI services
- Provide guidance on SAP Build (including Joule)
- Provide guidance on AI Foundation services
- Assist with complex onboarding scenarios
- Handle entitlements in complex onboarding
- Manage provisioning in complex onboarding
- Oversee AI unit consumption in complex onboarding
- Address global account structures in complex onboarding
- Explain SaaS versus PaaS onboarding models
- Address technical barriers to AI adoption
- Contribute to onboarding frameworks
- Contribute to enablement assets
- Contribute to AI best practices
- Deliver scalable enablement sessions across regions
- Drive AI feature activation
- Identify platform expansion opportunities
- Share field insights with product teams
