- Experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
- Understanding of development lifecycle processes, including transport management and integration with enterprise release strategies
- Experience in creating technical documentation, configuration guides, and enablement materials
- Enjoyment of sharing knowledge with colleagues through structured training sessions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to consulting teams and stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Strong advantage: German for client collaboration

- Activate Embedded SAP AI services (ILSM, Document AI).
- Create configuration guides for SAP AI services.
- Define usage guidelines for SAP AI services.
- Ensure environment readiness for productive use.
- Support SAP Joule and BTP Joule Studio provisioning.
- Support SAP Joule and BTP Joule Studio enablement.
- Configure SAP Joule and BTP Joule Studio environments.
- Document SAP Joule and BTP Joule Studio environments.
- Activate standard SAP Joule skills.
- Implement custom capabilities to enhance business scenarios.
- Set up the SAP BTP CAP environment.
- Define development processes aligned with strategy.
- Integrate development processes with Solution Manager.
- Integrate development processes with Cloud Transport Management.
- Develop comprehensive enablement documentation.
- Develop configuration guides for new technologies.
- Plan training sessions for IT consultants.
- Deliver training sessions for IT consultants.
- Implement custom AI-based skills and scenarios.
- Demonstrate SAP Joule's tangible business value.
