Anforderungen
- Commercial or technical apprenticeship with additional training
- Several years of professional experience

Aufgaben
- Process orders in the spare parts department
- Provide international service center support
- Communicate orally and in writing in English and German
- Process technical and commercial orders using SAP
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Process e-business transactions including purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices
- Coordinate with logistics and workshop for material completion
- Create export and transit documents using SAP GTS
- Provide shipping documents and assign transport orders to freight forwarders
- Invoice shipments and create credit/debit notes
- Monitor accounts receivable and support accounting with dunning processes
- Handle letters of credit with the finance department
- Process customer complaints, freight forwarder claims, and insurance cases
- Organize and monitor return shipments
- Control processes including packing hall inventory and delivery invoicing
- Monitor missing parts and return processing time
- Ensure continuous process improvement
- Participate in on-call duty approximately 6 times per year for 1 week each
