- In-depth technical knowledge of motors, generators, drives, and services
- Experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy
- Market and customer knowledge
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Availability for travel throughout Switzerland
- Fluency in German and English, other languages advantageous

- Implement the sales strategy in Switzerland
- Deliver excellent service to existing partners
- Acquire new customers
- Promote and grow product and service sales
- Develop segment-specific sales plans
- Build strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Lead technical and commercial contract negotiations
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities
- Manage sales processes and documentation
- Maintain account plans and SFDC reporting
