- Meet volume, mix, and profitability targets
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Understand customer needs
- Promote understanding of ABB's product and service offerings
- Align with customers to provide solutions
- Ensure positive customer experience during sales
- Prepare sales plans using authorized ABB tools
- Perform regular sales status reviews
- Propose recovery plans for potential order shortfalls
- Create added value for customers and ABB
- Ensure successful outcomes for transactions, contracts, proposals
- Communicate delivery times, payments, and terms to customers
- Coordinate efficient marketing activities
- Communicate the value proposition to customers
- Identify and drive development of new market opportunities
- Verify technical and financial aspects of offers
