- Manage customer activities for the assigned portfolio
- Drive business growth in the region
- Uncover and develop new business opportunities
- Deliver customer projects on time
- Initiate growth projects with existing and new customers
- Validate customer project briefs according to requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders
- Enhance customer experience across functions and levels
- Increase presence and connections with customers and retailers
- Ensure prompt follow-up on customer surveys
- Provide technical support in collaboration with the Technical Service team
- Present new ideas and concepts to customers
- Accelerate sales of newly launched products
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Develop and execute account plans to increase sales share
- Communicate account plans with stakeholders
- Implement competitive pricing strategies
- Negotiate annual contracts on prices and terms
- Foster effective relationships with internal functions
- Utilize internal support for project development and planning
- Adopt company standards in Sales Excellence
- Engage in continuous learning and development
