Sales & Relationship Manager(m/w/x)
Full sales cycle for capital markets and wealth management SaaS solutions. Enterprise SaaS sales experience in financial services required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience in financial services, new client acquisition focus
- Solid understanding of wealth management and/or capital markets, client workflows, industry dynamics
- Ability to engage commercial and technical stakeholders, C-level, risk teams, investment professionals
- Experience selling complex, analytical, or quantitative solutions is advantageous
- Existing network within financial institutions is a plus
- Driven hunter, thrives on winning new business, building pipeline from scratch
- Commercially sharp, translate complex solutions into tangible client value
- Credible and confident interacting with senior and technical stakeholders
- Curious and analytical, genuine interest in financial markets and technology
- Resilient and collaborative team player, takes ownership, delivers results
Aufgaben
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
- Manage relationships with risk, portfolio management, and investment teams
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Develop understanding of swissQuant’s SaaS solutions and risk models
- Align client needs with technical and business value propositions
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
- Track and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Refine acquisition strategies with data insights
- Collaborate with product, quant, and marketing teams
