Aufgaben
- Create and maintain report templates and dashboards
- Analyse metrics and report data to senior management
- Provide comprehensive assessments of reporting deliverables
- Implement projects to drive operational change
- Support business as usual development in institutional sales
- Research and identify areas for operational improvement
- Expand financial reporting platform across the organization
- Train team members on reporting platforms
- Manage projects against set timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to strategic operational improvements
- Support Sales and Sales Operations with continuous improvement
- Initiate projects aligning with strategic objectives
- Implement and manage change processes
- Translate business requirements to IT
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Train stakeholders during change implementation
- Support monthly loading of institutional sales into Intelis
- Manage the Intelis loading process when required
- Contribute to Intelis development for stakeholder needs
- Develop logic for allocated revenue calculation in Salesforce
- Analyse IT tools and suggest necessary changes
