Aufgaben

  • Drive commercial development and execution of Off-Site Construction strategy
  • Achieve sales, margin, and sustainable growth objectives
  • Build and expand key customer relationships
  • Acquire new business and strengthen existing accounts
  • Lead full commercial cycle, including account prioritization, pricing, and negotiations
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Translate insights into clear commercial priorities and actions
  • Represent customer voice in segment strategy and value propositions
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools
  • Ensure disciplined follow-up and accurate projections
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Deliver integrated solutions and improve customer experience
  • Monitor financial performance and proactively manage risks
