Anforderungen
- Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models
- Proven experience in solution selling
- Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants
- Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry
- Experience in product management and documentation
- Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills
- Advanced negotiation and contract management experience
- Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions
- Ensure competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres
- Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool
- Ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Develop and update documentation for new digital products
- Create calculation logic and methodologies
- Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital services
- Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting digital solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and project partners
- Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company's commercial position
- Contribute to commercial strategy development and team growth
- Provide feedback on technical trends
