- •At least 5 years of sales management experience in in-vitro diagnostics market
- •High level of initiative, success-driven, responsibility, accountability, and agility
- •Consistent track record of achieving profitable growth
- •Demonstrable track record in negotiation success, securing contracts
- •Experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in customer-focused organisation
- •Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- •Experience in CRM systems
- •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- •Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships and build strong links with all departments in a company matrix structure
- •Possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
- •Fluency in German and high proficiency in English

- •Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
