Aufgaben
- Support sales activities for the bus team in Mexico
- Conduct market analysis on products, competitors, and the economy
- Develop and implement sales concepts
- Plan and control order intake, stock, production, sales, revenue, and profit
- Act as an interface between HQ Munich, Area International, Bus departments, and the importer
- Develop customer-related activities to enhance resale efforts
- Conduct SWOT analyses and derive actionable measures
- Clarify technical and commercial order details
- Handle customer complaints
- Prepare orders and provide customer service
- Plan and develop the interface between MAN and bus body builders
