Anforderungen

  • Senior sales leadership experience in industrial, logistics, packaging, or solution-based environment
  • Proven international B2B sales track record, including customized or engineered solutions; plastics industry experience advantageous
  • Experience managing multi-country sales teams and complex customer stakeholders in international environments
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on execution, deal closing ability, and business acumen
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills with confident and convincing manner
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, customer- and target-oriented, with strong drive for success and decision-making ability
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in diverse, intercultural teams and strong team orientation
  • High mobility and full valid driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and CRM systems; fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement regional sales growth strategy
  • Coordinate with CCO, Product Management, Operations, and Engineering
  • Achieve regional volume and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Define and manage strategic Key Accounts
  • Lead complex sales opportunities to contract closure
  • Translate customer requirements into commercial solutions
  • Act as escalation point for key customers
  • Lead and inspire regional sales organization
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline transparency
  • Plan and report sales activities to CCO
  • Implement corrective actions as needed
