Sales Director Government Programs EMEA(m/w/x)
Securing special mission aviation deals for government and defense organizations across EMEA. Minimum 10 years aerospace/defense sales experience required. Onsite flexible work arrangement, professional development opportunities.
Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years' aerospace/defence sales experience
- Strong track record in government/military programs
- Proven success in complex B2G/B2B sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related
- MBA preferred
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with OEMs
- Experience with system integrators
- Experience with mission equipment suppliers
- Fluent English
- Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally
- Results-driven
- Proactive
- Operate effectively in multicultural environments
- Operate effectively in international environments
- Ability to obtain government security clearance

- Develop and secure special mission aviation deals
- Build a pipeline aligned with company strategy
- Manage relationships with government agencies and defense organizations
- Engage with law enforcement and industry partners
- Lead early customer interactions and capture strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams for program transitions
- Represent Jet Aviation at industry events
- Interact with key stakeholders
