Closing €1M+ ARR enterprise deals for grocery fulfilment software across Europe. 10+ years enterprise SaaS or logistics tech sales experience required. Direct access to CEO, full ownership.

Anforderungen

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology sales
  • At least 5 years in senior commercial/hunter roles
  • Proven closer with track record of hitting quotas at €1M+ ARR
  • Strong experience selling into retail, grocery, or logistics operations at C-level/VP level
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics
  • Proven people management experience: coaching, performance management, building sales culture
  • Consultative technical sales background: selling bespoke solutions with complex discovery and multi-stakeholder alignment
  • Strong hunter mentality: comfortable building pipeline and using CRM/AI tools
  • Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles (6–18 months)
  • Fluent English
  • Existing relationships with senior buyers at top European grocers or 3PLs
  • Salesforce or similar CRM discipline
  • Exposure to pre-sales, solution design, or estimating teams
  • Experience building a sales playbook from scratch

  • Own EU revenue target and pipeline
  • Close first major enterprise customers
  • Build next wave of growth
  • Deepen and expand existing target accounts
  • Open new enterprise opportunities across Europe
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Ensure clear deal discipline and realistic forecasting
  • Refine the sales playbook
  • Develop ICP and buyer personas
  • Create effective messaging and qualification criteria
  • Lead consultative sales of complex solutions
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Work with CEO on pricing and commercial terms
  • Handle major negotiations
  • Partner with Product, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Finance
  • Ensure deals are winnable and smoothly handed over
  • Represent Veloq at industry events and forums
  • Build brand presence and pipeline
  • Lead and develop the commercial team
  • Set high standards for execution and forecast discipline
  • Maintain high customer engagement
