Anforderungen
- 3+ years administering and analyzing complex sales compensation programs
- Strong experience with Incentive Compensation Management systems (ICM)
- Advanced analytical skills with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong SQL capabilities
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions)
- Experience designing and supporting workflow tools (Power Apps or similar)
- Strong business acumen connecting compensation design to sales strategy and performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Proven ability to challenge status quo and deliver data-backed recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

- Handle data management in Snowflake and SQL
- Roll out and communicate annual incentive programs
- Collaborate with Sales Compensation team members
- Solve sales compensation-related business problems
- Maintain compensation plan documentation
- Develop and deploy sales compensation dashboards
- Highlight regional performance in reports
- Analyze plan effectiveness and payouts
- Provide insights and lessons learned
- Support annual compensation plan design
- Model annual compensation plans
- Build Power Apps workflows for commissions
- Handle commission approvals and exceptions
- Respond to sales compensation inquiries
- Provide system support and troubleshooting
- Guide users on compensation systems
- Train new hires on compensation plans
- Enable sales teams with reporting tools
- Support special incentive programs (SPIFs)
- Track and report on SPIFs
- Communicate SPIF motivations
- Validate SPIF payouts
