Aufgaben
- •Assist the Sales Director in internal meetings
- •Support client engagement initiatives
- •Monitor sales activity
- •Prepare materials for client meetings
- •Ensure CRM compliance
- •Organize internal team meetings and take minutes
- •Follow up on action items from meetings
- •Coordinate client events logistics
- •Book venues for events
- •Monitor invitations sent by Account Owners
- •Track registrations for events
- •Drive SFDC compliance and monitor KPIs
- •Create and track reports on customer activity
- •Map critical client contacts with the Marketing team
- •Execute special projects with project management tools
- •Provide weekly status updates on initiatives
- •Prepare presentations for client meetings
- •Collaborate on pre-sales material and proposals
- •Coordinate tender responses and defense preparation
- •Upload pre/post sales data in SFDC
- •Raise and monitor SFDC support cases
- •Respond to client inquiries as needed
- •Support the renewal process and create quotes
- •Make administrative updates to Salesforce
- •Engage proactively with event participants
- •Generate drafts for Account Plans
