In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to shape real-world evidence strategies, foster partnerships, and drive scientific advancements, while representing Bayer in key external forums and networks.

Anforderungen

• •Medical and/or Life Sciences university degree with postgraduate training (Master and/or PhD) in relevant disciplines
• •Long-term experience in real-world evidence generation in industry or academic organizations
• •Deep understanding of drug development process and life cycle management
• •Expertise in clinical-epidemiological studies and evidence generation activities
• •Recognized industry subject matter expert with established network
• •Experience in scouting, initiating, establishing, and managing partnerships
• •Strong understanding of regulatory and access policy related to real-world data
• •Collaborative team player with ability to engage leaders across disciplines
• •Strong project management skills, results-driven, adaptable
• •English fluent; verbally and in writing

Aufgaben

• •Develop partnership strategies for the RWE CoE
• •Identify and maintain partnerships to enhance disease understanding
• •Promote scientific collaborations with external data owners
• •Contribute to external forums and networks representing Bayer's views
• •Establish a network with Bayer stakeholders for external partnerships
• •Lead the development of position papers and strategies on evidence generation
• •Identify and contribute to demonstration projects in real-world data
